1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Monelixa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual plans.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Monelixa for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Monelixa. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee minimum uptime based on your plan tier (99.5%-99.99%). Downtime credits are issued automatically when SLA is breached.

7. Limitation of Liability

Monelixa's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
